The Crisis Ahead On Creation And The Creator's Sign
REVELATION 22:13 "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last."
REVELATION 1:8 "lam Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, said the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
REVELATION 14:7 "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters."
It is our duty to worship God because He is our Creator. As a man thinks, se is he. Who you worship determines your character.
The Sabbath governs worship. It is God's call to worship and will continue forever.
The Sabbath of the fourth commandment is the test for this time. SDA Bible Commentary, Volume 7, page 920.
ISAIAH 66:22,23. "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, said the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, said the LORD."
SIGN OF THE CREATOR
EXODUS 31:17 "It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed."
EXODUS 20:11 "For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it."
God wrote into the Commandment the date when Sabbath keeping began on earth. It was at creation and has been made the sign of the Creator.
HEBREWS 4:9,10 "There remains therefore a, rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his."
"Rest" (Margin) "Keeping of a Sabbath." God's spiritual rest "remains." It is Sabbath keeping, "as God did," on the "seventh day."
HEBREWS 4:3,4 "For we which have believed do enter into rest, as, he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For he spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works."
"We" - To Christians. Only Christians can enter God's rest. Only holy people can keep the Sabbath holy.
"From the foundation of the world." God's "Rest" - His Sabbath is from creation. Our God has written it into the heart of His Eternal Ten Commandments. The Sabbath will be in the centre, the heart of God's last message.
THE SABBATH GOVERNS WORSHIP
REVELATION 14:7 "Worship Him." - Creator. THE DEVIL WANTS WORSHIP. REVELATION 13:4 "They worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beats."
"They Worshipped the beast."
REVELATION 13:8 "All-shall worship him."
REVELATION 13:12 "Caused the earth.. .to worship the first beast."
REVELATION 13:15 "Not worship...killed."
REVELATION 14:9 "If any man worship the beast.
REVELATION 14:11 "Worship the beast."
They worship the beast by receiving his mark."
The Saints worship Christ, the Creator by receiving His sign, or seal."
ISAIAH 45:18 "For thus said the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else."
THE TRUE CREATOR GOD
"There is none else."
ISAIAH 45:21,22 "Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Savior; there is none beside me. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else."
THE FACT OF CREATION
"SAVIOUR" -"there is none else."
ISAIAH 46:9,10 "Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure."
PROPHECY - "there is none like Me."
Creation and prophecy reveals the only Savior - "There is none else." The final issue will be over the Creator and His Sign. Science and Education has no answer to Creation. "The history of the race begins and ends in mystery." Historians History of the World. Volume 1, page 42.
The S.D.A. is the only church whose name reveals:
CREATIONISM IS A RAPIDLY GROWING ISSUE.
Thus Creation, Salvation and Prophecy are subjects we must be built into. It is God's answer to humanism, Catholicism, apostate protestants an atheism.
GOD'S HAMMER AND SICKLE
God's Hammer.
JEREMIAH 23:29 "Is not my word like as a fire? Said the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?"
JEREMIAH 50:23 "How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation among the nations!"
Babylon dominated the earth. It was the hammer of the whole earth.
ISAIAH 13:19,20 "And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees excellence, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there."
When the hammer of Babylon was at its height, when it was "the glory of kingdoms, God's hammer, His Word, declared Babylon's doom - its eternal doom. Today the millions of broken bricks of old Babylon bear witness to the sure and certain Word of God. When will man take heed. Millions of the sons of men have adopted the hammer and sickle of earth and defy the God of Creation. Soon God's sickle will work its final task.
God's hammer has millions worried today. If they persist in rejecting truth God's sickle will soon finish their rebellion. His last message of warning is –
REVELATION 14:14-19 "14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a .sharp sickle. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. 16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. 17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. 18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God."
Note, God's sickle is mentioned seven times in these final words. When mankind's hammer and sickle is preparing for war, when the great urge of mankind is "Prepare war," as foretold some two thousand eight hundred years ago -
JOEL 3:9 "Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up."
The Word that never fails declares:
JOEL 3:13 "Put your in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great."
At that time the seed - God's word has produced its harvest of righteousness. This is reaped. Jesus explained
MARK 4:29 "But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest is come."
The sickle that destroys the wicked, saves the righteous. God's hammer and His sickle are sure. The fulfillment of a thousand prophecies confirms this fact. When this final work of God's hammer and sickle takes place all will confess as did Babylon's king of old.
DANIEL 2:47 "The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is , that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou could reveal this secret."
